The Toronto Psychiatric Research Foundation (TPRF) is a not for profit charitable corporation that received its patent letters on Dec. 1, 1981 from the Ontario Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations.

The Foundation receives and maintains funds for promoting research and educational activities of major health problems relevant to the functions of the brain.
